★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a water leak repaired by this contractor. It was a concealed pipe that started leaking after the wall had been recovered. The work is under warranty and the repair men came back reluctantly. They redid the job and the same issue occurred again. They also burnt all the air conditioning cables while attempting to weld the pipes. I am currently sourcing another vendor after paying Sin Huat 3000 to fix the damage they have done. Please be careful when using this service the workers are unskilled and unsupervised. The owner does not check the work. If they say they will come at 9:00 am they come in at 3 pm. Consistent bad work and responsibility.
