★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrangement for delivery was very badly organised, the staff could not & did not update you of the specific date & timing for delivery until the last day. Delivery was delayed to the afternoon instead of in the morning as agreed.
Have to call back a few times to check.
Last minute only to inform you they will send the goods to voiddeck & not send to your unit!
And they charge you $80 for delivery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to purchase plywood from shop. Send email at first. Waited 1 week , no response. Had to call up. They said they would revert via email. Waited 2 weeks now, no response, had to call up again. They said they would revert via email again.
Now 3rd week, still no response. I had to post this review. Not very service oriented towards consumers. Perhaps they only deal with big industries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unclear pricing, keeps shifting upwards everytime I ask for pricing and they seem hesitant to give prices.
Update: I eventually found a different supplier, Kai Siong and they are much better! Super friendly, prices are cheaper for the same grade of lumber and delivery was smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service from these guys. Beware if you send a delivery van (gogo, lala etc) they will make you wait for ages before bringing out the timber resulting in extra fees. Their response, "We make everyone wait." Much friendlier, cheaper and efficient lumber merchants out there.
