From their website, i submitted an enquiry. They replied in the form of a "Desmond/Darren", with no greetings no nothing just this line "1/8” thick x 1/4” wide x 12ft long ---- $15". After my reply to clarify some details of their goods, I received this reply: "If I am not mistaken, you came that day and took a long time at my office. We have already explained to you and you took a lot of pictures. We do not have what you required. Please do not ask repeated questions again when we have already explained to you time and again. Regards Desmond/Darren Sin Leong Ann Metal Supplies" I have never been to their office nor contacted them prior to this. I explained but did not even get an apology. They replied a one-liner: "We do not have what you require." Bad attitude, bad service. Perhaps they don't do consumer sales but this isn't the way to reject customers.
