in the Chinese language) It is the same business spread across 4 shops. Due to the pandemic, my 83 year old mother decided to purchase a sofa from the neighbourhood instead of venturing far. The seat of the armchair broke down in less than a year. Their business response has been βWe are not the same business as Sing Hupβ , βWe did not sell you this sofaβ , βWe no longer use this supplier/manufacturerβ. They took advantage of my motherβs age, and passed all responsibilities to the said sofa supplier/manufacturer. UNSCRUPULOUS, WITH NO AFTER SALES SERVICE
