The chicken was served in generous portions for the price we paid. The chicken is juicy and succulent texture. fragrant rice and a spicy chilli sauce, with ginger paste. Only served stream chicken. Friendly owners.

Accidentally chance upon this hidden gem within the hawker centre. Was a really nice surprise! The rice is very fragrant and generous. The chicken meat is tender even for the breast meat. Two thumbs up!

Tried this stall as I was in the area and the reviews seemed reasonably good. I was the fourth in queue but had to wait about 10 mins to place my order, and a subsequent 2-3 mins wait for my order to be ready. The stall is run by an elderly couple, hence the preparation is slightly slow. Price is very reasonable as it’s hard to find a decent plate of chicken rice at $2.50 these days. Great portion size too! Taste wise, the rice is not as flavourful and fragrant as I would like it to be. However, it’s not as cloy and I can see myself being able to eat more without feeling jelak. The chicken prices are large, tender and well prepared. I don’t quite like the sauce that went with it as it has a stronger soya flavour. The soup was nothing amazing but light and helps clear my palate. I found the chilli a little too sour and salty. It has a good amount of initial heat, but seems too watery. Overall, a decent plate of chicken rice.

Considered one of the relatively new stalls in Fengshan 85 food centre. Hard to find chicken rice that is SGD$2.50 these days. Been patronizing since their day 1. Love that the chicken rice comes with achar, the soup and rice are fantastic as well. Chicken meat was average though. Overall, its a pretty decent meal.
