★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad customer service. Before ordering asked them if pork rib have bones and requested to have bones. Service personnel said: " have no bone why call pork rib" when the "pork rib" came, totally no bone at all!! When question them, they say got bone then walk away even before finishing their sentence.. Asked another staff, but she just walked away while mumbling "no bone good ma"..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is attrocious, Fish not fresh, Seafood Fried Rice greasy and no flavour, seafood hard to find only 4pcs in total. Inexperienced cooks with no understanding of the gastronomy they are cooking. They are MSG Happy. Give the place a miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Head over here if you wish to experience authentic JB bak kut teh right here in Singapore. Price is inexpensive, only $6 for 1 person. Do try it out if you work near this place. However, I wasn't able to find any car park while I was here so just be aware of that. All in all, worth a try. ??

Big eating place, located at Pioneer Point in Jurong industrial estate & near main road, “Pioneer Road North / Upper Jurong”.
Good for family, friends hang out or chill over beer ?
Fresh & generous ingredients. Very reasonable price. Will come back for more dishes
Must order Tips ?: Fried rice, Msia style Hokkien mee
? Meat: Imperial Pork ribs, Stir fry frog, Big prawns and Black pepper crab, beef or venison ??
?Veges: Sambal Kang Kong/ Petai beans, Hot plate tofu
?Soup: Bittergourd Seafood soup, Salted Veges tofu soup, Fish head Steamboat (Ang kor Li, fresh white snapper fish in Herbal soup base ❤️?!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nested in the Kim San Leng coffee shop in Pioneer Point - it was newly renovated when we went, and could definitely fit a proper crowd with ease ??♂️ ??♀️
? the ginger and onion pork rice was good, serving was generous and was well flavoured - pork was tender too which adds to the goodness of the dish
? however, the petai rice was quite the opposite.. The meat had a sour taste to it, and petai wasn’t fresh/nice.
Will probably consider before ordering again in future
