it's cheaper than usual forwarder because it can choose to charge on weights only, but you definitely do not want to use them, poor service and unprofessional staff. i've been using for the past 5 times, until now i decide to walk away.

I've used them over 20 times. Out of 10 times, 5 will have problems. Rat problems, Missing Item. Commonly signed for in Warehouse but missing when come to SG. Customer support asked for courier proof. I requested and courier even complaint that this particular address have many problems!

Their system and pricing is good. It is a good way to ship your item if no issues arise. However, they wasted their chance by providing really bad and almost non-existent customer service. I'm using their AMK franchise but it may be just their company in general. When met with problems like lost of parcels (even though it has been signed for at the warehouse with proof), they took a long time to reply. And when they do reply, they usually don't answer to your question and left you hanging. They gives answers like they are busy or they will search for the lost parcels later. Complain helpline's attitude is the same as customer service so no help there either. This can drag on for weeks with no resolution. Really frustrating! Rat problem as mentioned by other users is true as well. Food items need to be kept in a "safe" warehouse with additional fees of RMB10. If not i can assure you it will be eaten by rats. Even none food items has gotten rats bite as well. I would recommend them if they adopt a better approach in solving customer's issue and greatly improve their attitude in customer service. But at this point, do yourself a favor and avoid them.

If i can give ZERO star, I will give ZERO star right now. Customer service is the worst I've ever met. I was informed by my China TaoBao seller that the warehouse address that I've provided have moved. And this is the same address I've used for at least a year. So when I called the hotline, I was trying to explain the situation. He just cut me and asked from where to where (without clarifying which where to where is he refering to). Thinking that he asked me where is the taobao seller to which of their warehouse. I told him Suzhou to Guangzhou. Then he said they don't do China to China. That's when I realised he meant China to Singapore. So when I tried to explain again, he rudely cut me off and say we don't do that, I don't know why you are calling me about this, you are wasting my time. Then i tried to explain, you listen to me. He just cut me off and say you message me, i don't know what you are saying, you are wasting my time and just hang up my phone. Fustrated and worried about my stuff from TaoBao, I called back again, and the moment he pick up my call, he just say I don't understand you, you don't waste my time, you message me then just hang me up!!! And mind you, I can speak Chinese very well. I have no problems communicating to Chinese when I went over to China. He is the rudest customer service I've even come across who doesn't even give their customer a chance to speak. I will NEVER EVER go back to them again. And I've been with them for years. In between, there were a few incidents of lost parcel. They were not proactive in resolving them. And in the end, I had to buy back some of the lost items. In conclusion, only go to them if you can stand the worst customer service you can imagine, and don't mind having lost parcel with rude customer service on the other end to help you, then go to them. If not, run as far away as you can.

1. Fraudulent: ask you to choose between volume weight or actual weight by yourself, but after sending parcels to them, the company allocates your parcels the way that cost you more; and worse, that you cant combine your parcels from "volume" and "weight" that they force you into without telling you. 2. Horrible service: when you bring up the problems, they just refuse to give any solutions and will not answer if you ask more. Given that they were nice, responsive and willing to offer you the best price before your parcels arrive, I highly suspect this is what the company practices routinely to trap customers. After trying out many forwarding companies, this is the worst so far. Many overstate the weight, some inefficient, but this is totally fraudulent.

TL;DR - Avoid using them if you can. I used them a total of 3 times and there was an issue right from the start. so, shame on me for repeating my mistakes. 1. i had ordered something and when it reached their warehouse, they took a picture and the weight was around 16kg. however, it went to their "cubic warehouse" and i had issues combining my items for delivery. When they managed to resolve it, the item was suddenly 30kg without any supporting picture. I wrote in and they changed it back to 16kg. No questions, no apologies either. I received my items with 1 extra package which I was told to "hang on to it, till someone claims it". This was probably half a year ago and I'm still holding on to the pack. 2. It actually took them 3 days and 1 reminder from me, to process my "order form" (for delivery). Naturally, their "12 - 14 days guarantee" is a fluke because by the time my request was processed, it was already 3 days late. And my items came 5-7 days after the stipulated date. I think you should expect "17-21 days" from the day you request for the items to be packed and shipped to you. 3. Finally, something went missing! And I was supposed to keep the boxes to snap pictures and let them know where's what. I did not (schoolboy error), so they say they can't help me. As a logistics provider, I was hoping that you have some kind of a system for your customers or perhaps yourself to track what parcel goes where?? 9 out of 15kg was missing and they didn't notice anything amiss. In their defence, it was just one package but it's alright, it's not a lot of money. I'll treat it as a lesson learnt. am closing my account with them, not worth the hassle.

My orders were supposed to be dispatched on the 2-3 June and 9-10 June respectively, but till date the items are still sitting in their warehouse. The whole group had been contacting them the whole day with no responses. I called them and got hung up on twice, before being blacklisted. My parcels were received by their warehouse on 8 June, and even though it could've been rushed onto the second fleet of orders, they said that they didn't have enough manpower and could not scan my parcel. Fine, I accepted that and decided to wait for a few more days. Till date, it still has not been scanned even though parcels that were delivered between 9 to today had been scanned. We finally got a response from them a few minutes ago, and the customer service was horrible, and they did not see anything wrong on their part. When confronted, they only responded with "You're the customer, you're always right" and did not provide any follow up. I discourage anyone from trying out their forwarding services, and suggest that you try looking for a different company.

It actually not even worth one star, I am super frustrated throughout the process of delivering my parcel from singapore to china. Their non professional customer service and overprice charge make me super angry. Before deliver I took a photo and enquiry the price, customer service told me it would be around 50 for 4.5kg and didn't mention any thing about the volume of the parcel. After that I am shocked when I received the price- 150?! I even found a volume calculation mistake which they charge me the price with 14 kg which is totally wrong! After I reflected, they change it to 8 kg and cost me 100sgd. They said my volume is too high so the price is 100 sgd. So they hide the truth at the first place when I took photo and ask for the price for parcel! IT IS MY WORST EXPERIENCE TO DELIVER PARCEL FROM SINGAPORE TO CHINA AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS DELIVERY COMPANY AGAIN!
