Very nice food. The curry fish head ingredients are a lot! Not very spicy. If prefer spicy, consider to tell cook beforehand I guess. The salted egg sotong is very nice, crispy on the outside and sotong is chewy, not rubbery. Salted bean sprout - very generous portion of salted fish. Tasty too. Wait time was about 35-40mins due to large crowd. Should consider calling to book or pre order to reduce waiting time. Lady also apologised for the long waiting time.

1. Friendly and welcoming staff, always smiling and willing to recommend their signature dishes. 2. Reasonable price at a humble coffee shop below Blk 262 3. Taste certainly make you reminisce on the taste from Malaysia. I wonder if the chef hails from Malaysia? Ordered Hokkien noodle, Lao Shu Fen, and Yin Yang Chicken. The pork lard hits the right point to give the dishes that “wok hei” taste. All in all, a great place to have a meal with friends and family.

Great portion sizes for the price. Recommend salted egg lotus and hokkien mee. Lots of lard in the latter. Curry fishhead was just ok. Helpful staff!

A hidden gem in Jurong East for Malaysian food. 3 pax, ordered their recommended dishes. Superior soup steam fish Claypot mee tai mak KL hokkien mee Added steam chicken which looks and taste similar to Ipoh Chicken. Can see from the menu, prices slightly above average but its definitely worth it. Will be back. Period.

A hidden gem in Jurong neighborhood. Curry Fish head was excellent. The curry was rich and thick. Ang sai (Red Lion) was very fresh and good for 4 persons. Plentiful of assorted vegetables with fried beancurd sticks. Minced meat Tofu was average. Tofu flavor was evident and minced meat was in drier side. Salted Egg Sotong was excellent. Full of curry leaves and portion was generous. K.L. Hokkien noodle uses Udon. A good toothy bite. I preferred a better quality dark soy sauce. Eat while it's hot before it gets clummy. Clay pot Mee Tai Mak was a pleasant presentation with an egg on top with lard surrounding. Stir-Fried QingLong veg was crunchy. Ice Sweet & Sour Pork was a novelty not just for sight but also taste. A coat of caramel over the pork and buried in ice to give it an added effect. A hint of sour plum. Deep-Fried Pork Belly was very tender and good ratio of fat and meat. Sambal was excellent, good spiciness and a touch of tanginess. Overall excellent meals and the team are eager to please. Prices are reasonable.

Very nice and fresh seafood and I didn’t take pics of the curry fish head cos it was really delicious and we were half way done by the time I took the pics on the steamed prawn, which is also very fresh and right amount of garlic and tang hoon. Great find in Jurong area. I seldom put in any Google reviews, but this one deserved it. Will come back for more discovery.

Food quality, quantity and service are excellent. Everyone enjoyed the food so much that we are planning the next one. The place is very popular among the neighbourhood so prepare to wait awhile especially during weekend. The price is very reasonable with the quality of food and the portion served. The fish streamboat soup is wonderful and come with additional big bowl of soup for top up. The garlic fried pork and salted sotong are also the highlight too.

5 stars for the Hokkien Mee which is as good as the best in KL. No need to wait for KL trip to get my fix. The Nai Pai with Yam is unique and good. The other dishes are quite good but nothing special. The Claypot steamed fish was something different but I prefer Cantonese style steam fish anytime.
