The set portion came a full array of cuts: belly meat, pork skin, small intestines, large intestines, tau pok, and an hard boiled egg.
At most other stalls, you have to order the large intestine cuts separately.
Go early before lunch hour. Queue is long, and there can be a problem securing a table to enjoy the meal.
