We came from NZ to Singapore for a holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business took my money for airport transfers. When it came time to pick us up from hotel to airport in the middle of the night, they said they had no room for us. We had to find our own way. Now they will not refund for that service they did not provide.
Do not rely on this business.
Do not expect Expedia to help out either.
