★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr.Pillay with complaints of headaches. He examined me and explained that although the examination was essentially normal a scan was recommended as he did not have 'x-ray vision' . The brain scan showed some minor 'ischaemic' changes and the neck scan showed some disc bulges . He explained the importance of a healthy diet and regular exercise to keep my brain healthy and physiotherapy for my neck. He also told me about a 'digital brain health check' which I agreed to do. The report was very enlightening as it tested my memory, attention and thinking. I was especially happy that he explained that lifestyle modifications in terms of what I ate, my quality and quantity of sleep and exercise could help me have better brain health. I for one would like to monitor my brain health especially as I age.

And was treated by Dr Prem Pillay with a day procedure followed with physio therapy.
I'm very happy with Dr Prem Pillay for his treatment that others did not offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My GP suggested that I see someone for my nervous system due to my chest pain. I found Dr Pillay with all the positive feedbacks. Saw Dr Pillay in Feb for my unrecovered knee surgery done 1.5 yrs ago, back and neck pain but also at the same time to know why I had chest pain occasionally. I was sent to go for full blood test, MRI for spine and brain (even though I had no headaches or migraines) and also a digital brain test that cost $400 for a few brain games online. I refused the brain test as I know my level of mental alertness but he insisted. Story cut short, he diagnosed me with slipped disc on neck and spine, suggested discoplasty surgeries which the 2nd and 3rd opinion Senior Doctor and Professor deem unnecessary for it and also the brain MRI and brain test. Dr Pillay also suggest that I need to go for aqua therapy that's affiliated to his clinic. So here I am stuck with un claimable fees that I have to bear on my own!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am truly blessed to have Dr. Pillay, the renowned neurosurgeon and spine specialist take care of my intricate spinal and nerve issues.
It is reassuring especially for the delicate condition I had (after falling off a horse that almost left me immobile) to have the best specialist undertake the intricate procedures. I have recovered well, and now can engage in my favourite sporting activities like tennis and swimming.
It was a total experience from start to end. From the moment I stepped into the clinic I was warmly treated and taken care of by the friendly and professional clinic staff.
I treasure the care and service from Dr Pillay and his team for the last decade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent medical care, plus Dr Pillay and his staff are friendly and professional. Three years ago, at age 74, I was limping badly, my back was stiff, and I had fallen down several times. Within several months taking his recommended medications and performing his recommended exercises (plus stopping my gym exercises that he didn’t like), I was walking normally and felt reinvigorated. I told him that I felt able to jump over small buildings again. Now, 3 years later, I remain in excellent condition.
