Last week , i booked a cab and i am so happy that i booked the cab from Singapore cab. Because the driver reached at my home on time and drop me at the location on time .

Driver arrived early for our booking. He was well mannered and even offered help to my parents. Had a great conversation the rest of the ride. Price is also reasonable. Thank you so much Mr Farid

This company is reliable. My company have engaged their services several times during the month of Ramadhan for transportation services for my employees. The feedback received were positive and my employees always have good reviews of Mr Farid who they described as a very positive and of amicable character. Excellent service! Reliable, safe, prompt response times, patient and helpful. I used their minibus to organize a playdate with multiple pick-ups across town. They knew the condos, drove safely, clean rides, were patient with children (noise, slowness etc) and very reasonable in pricing. When we were done earlier than expected, they arranged to pick us up early, no problems, no hassles, no additional fees. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Fab service picking my mum&dad up from the airport. The driver even dropped me his location so I could track their progress and be there to greet them when they arrived.

Today I booked a cab to the airport through Singapore Cab Booking website. I completed the form. There was a drop down menu asking me to select the car I needed. I was travelling alone so selected a 4 seater. The price was $35. I received an email to let me know they had my booking but had to pay through PayPal for my booking to be confirmed. I paid through PayPal. I didn't hear from them, so after 30 minutes, I sent them an email asking if they had confirmation of my payment. They confirmed my payment was received but I needed to pay a further $15 cash to the driver. My Singaporian friend called the company and they advised that because they only had maxi cars I had to pay the extra. I told them I selected the option on their website and their website set the fee, not me. I was told there was a mistake on their website and 4 seater car should not have been an option, even though it was and the fee was confirmed and charged through PayPal. I was advised they would cancel my booking and to ask PayPal for a refund. I told them to arrange the refund. I received. refund less almost $3 service fee. As well I paid a fee on my initial payment. I emailed the company and told them the refund was short and was advised it's not their problem. My recommendations, DO NOT use this company. Deceptive and misleading and downright rude. I then had a friend book a GRAB for me. It was perfect. I don't normally right bad reviews, only good ones, but this company is deplorable. OH MY GOSH!!! I just saw this company's response to my review. Calling me a liar. Wow!!! I did not create their website that offered me a 4 seater car. Nor did I set the price on the website and send a PayPal link to pay before they would send the car. I paid in good faith. I am a global conference speaker and I present on customer service. What a tremendous example for me presentations on how to destroy your business. I would have in the very least expected this company to apologise for the inconvenience and acknowledge their website was wrong, as confirmed by the owner of the business. Mr business owner, you could have turned this around and restored faith, instead you called me a liar in front of the whole world. Shame on YOU!

We are very happy to have found this transport service. Sent a feedback through their website and got a very fast reply. Booked a week before and was nervous at first as I saw some negative reviews. But fret not. Booked a 13 seater for my 6hours tour with my family from Malaysia. We booked on a Hari Raya week and had no hassle. Clean and comfy ride. Driver (Mr Imran) is always on time and was friendly and easy going. Best price! Win for comfort and safety! Highly recommended to all visiting Singapore esp in groups!!
