Attentive receptionist.. caring practitioners.. I hv stiff neck and they gave me acupuncture and medicine.. after 2 days, I felt much better.

Receptionist explain or make recommendation if I miss the afternoon session or advise me if I have yet to take dinner. Very patience. Very experience doctor to give good treatment advice

I walked from Saujana Road all the way to the clinic to see a practitioner for my back pain. Turn down by the receptionists (I'm still in pain), telling me that consultation will be at 6.20pm. The board showed afternoon consultation time from 1pm to 5pm. I came around 4.30pm. This is unprofessional. As I reached the clinic, I kept saying hello but the receptionists were behind some wall, talking away until I press the damn bell. This clinic sucks. Don't go. Thank God I'm not an old lady. I've wasted my time going to this clinic. I should have gone to Yew Tee for the best treatment.

Accompanied my grandmother to the clinic for her weekly appointment. Stupid receptionists, chatting away while I wait at the registration counter. They also do not understand basic concepts like changing appointment timing. Receptionists have zero care for the patients' wellbeing. They have signs put up to tell visitors to talk softly but they talk so damn loudly amongst themselves. Doctor is friendly.

Recommended by friend to this TCM. But after one trip, this will be my first and last trip here. Staff - very rude and unfriendly. Accompany my wife to treat her sprained hand. When at counter, despite alr seen my wife NRIC and know that my wife is not a local, she still can tell to my wife to read some stuff and to ack. When my wife infd that she can't read mandarin, she just simply scolded my wife and comment that "Why u can't read? U are an adult and yet u can't read!" If not for my wife, I would have scream at her. Sensei - I have read all the review and claimed that the sensei is very friendly, approachable but it's a totally different encounter for me and my wife. Firstly, it was pasted on the wall, that only ONE ADULT is allow to accompany the patient, which is ME! but when it's our turn, this sensei, an elderly, just simply shouted at me and told "Only one person"! I tried to explain to her why I need to accompany my wife, she just simply gave me a death stare and told me to wait outside. Secondly, when my wife was done with the acupuncture, this same sensei just simply told my wife "it's done!". My wife just simply followed the instructions and came out to the counter to make payment. When we asked what is the verdict, the same staff that we encountered earlier, just simply say she dun know and my wife should have ask the sensei when she was inside. So when my wife went back in, this sensei just simply say "I alr told u just now" and claimed to have handed over the receipt back to my wife. Guess what? The receipt was on the chair where my wife was lying down doing her acupuncture. This is terrible. So this sensei expect a patient to while having her acupuncture lying down, to take note of all surrounding? What logic is this? Overall - this is e worst experience ever for both of wife, some more it's a recommended place! Staff and sensei was nowhere friendly, approachable, helpful and understanding. They were insensitive, rude, unfriendly, unapproachable and have a great attitude problems. My advise to whoever is going here, to be prepare to be treated as a nothing before getting treated.

twisted my angle. overall experience was pleasant. sensei very friendly, considerate, knowledgeable. very good. everyone is friendly, helpful. EXCEPT the reception, the one that do registration for patients. she's rude, unpleasant, not friendly not helpful at all. while I'm sitting waiting for my turn to see sensei, I can see that, she's very unpatient with elderly patients. and rude to them.... without her, it will be perfect 5 stars.
