Mr Bright Chow was very patience and responses messages quickly, giving advice to my questions and enquiries over WhatsApp. Appointment for install was easy to book after payment by PayNow. Dropped me a WA text a day before installation to remind me. Installation was totally dust free! As his drill catches the dust. The track measurement and installation was perfect. He even gave professional advice and tips of how to tuck the sides for them to sit nicely against the wall without any gap. Overall the experience was efficient, very reasonable price. Mr Chow was polite, friendly and helpful. 专业有礼貌安装的非常完美。

Mr Chou’a service attitude is very friendly and is very experienced. He provided good suggestions and advice - this is especially useful for people like me who is new to renovation. 2) How about response time? I appreciate the response time. It is good and responsive for me. 3) How about the product quality? I am not familiar but I trust that it is good. 4) How about the service charge? I am not familiar as I did not do any comparison with others but I trust that Mr Chou charges are reasonably priced.
