He is very generous with his knowledge and sharing. I learnt more than what is stated in the course. Mr Raymond is very experienced and respect female participants and demonstrated that bandaging female participants, he did not touch them.

He is very detailed and meticulous in guiding us to ensure that we understood all the procedures and steps in carrying out the CPR and bandaging skills. His secret to how to bandage was brilliant. He gave us time to practice and ensure that we did it correctly before proceeding to next instructions which made me felt more confident in my learning. The assessment was made very fun too because of the interaction he had with us. I definitely would recommend any beginner who wants to learn first aid to come here!
