★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just because I did not update my particulars doesn't mean that I am not practicing nursing. Do not be so quick at asking people to go for RTN program! (•̀_•́) Slow or never read email. When called to enquire, ask to wait for reply but reply will never come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after so many emails there is no reply from them. In view of the current covid situation the government strongly encourage all medical professional to contribute and fight the pandemic but yet SNB is making it almost impossible for us nurses to renew our PC. Truly disappointing!

I am from Taiwan, it's have been a year for me waiting for my practicing Nurse license since 2019, the emails and letters sent without any response. All I know is they only work two days a week during the COVID-19 pandemic has been told by my agent. I would like to suggest people who like to get service from them, call them on Monday and Tuesday which higher possibility to contact the office successfully.
All I want to say is Thank you to the staff who work for SNB. It must be a hard time for everyone to get through due to COVID-19. Hang in there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send them an email 3 weeks ago and still no reply.Even made a trip down but it’s temporary closed and they told me that I can only enter if I have an appointment. And we can only book an appointment via email but am I suppose to book an appointment when they dun even reply to my email!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have sent email and reminder email, almost two weeks already, no reply at all. As there’s no phone number to call, I went down to their brunch, but was told by security that their office has been closed for months already, but however not showed anywhere when they’re back to office. Really lousy service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE MOST USELESS PEOPLE. Don’t even have hotline to contact them , email takes forever to answer. They really need to start learning from other nursing councils that promptly reply. Forever working from home , ugh.
