Had many many days of constipation, 10 days to be exact, nothing work, more fruits and veggies, more fibres, more western type of Senokot and/or Lactose syrup. I went to Singapore Paincare TCM Wellness, I thought of having a consult of this problem, greeted by friendly and cheerful service front desk staffs Jermin and Shirley, I was a walk-in by the way, had to wait a short while since I didn’t had prior bookings, I noticed the waiting area spacious and neat and clean. The ambience was nice too. I was also offered warm water while waiting to be registered, such nice hospitality. :) After filling up tablet for registration and an information data form, I was able to see Physician Sue, greeted me and welcome me to my seat, she listened patiently to my stories, making sure we had eye contact, Instead of typing away. That’s a very nice gesture, Sue! Sue listened to my pulse of both right and left wrist, and it was my first time to know that there’s was a difference, she also make me show my tongue twice I didn’t what she could see, but she definitely saw something. Sue was able to say things that I was aware of and my symptoms, it felt like “wow” like magic, she also prescribed me herbal medicine to help to regulate my digestive system. And also a review in 5 to 7 days later. Despite drinking disgusting tcm meds (“because I not a huge fan of non sweet items”), I was very pleased I managed to pass motions not once but twice. Thank you, Sue! In fact, Sue not only help to advice what to eat in future and from now onwards.. Visited their Newly opened TCM outlet at Marina Square. I had tried their opening special Signature Qi'nergy Tuina and Wellness Herb Ionto, overall a pretty interesting experience for me. Service consultants Anna and Angela are really friendly, there's no hardselling and they are easy to approach to ask about any info. Therapist Kelly is super friendly and humourous to chat with while she's doing the Tuina for me and makes me feel more relax as i usually get very tensed up since i feel pain easily whenever i do tuina. Dr Sue, the physician is really nice as well. And shared with me a few things and recommended me their Sleep Plus supplements as i've insomnia issues. I'm trying it now to see if it helps with my sleep. They are having opening special now and i think will be worth to check it out.

very clean and calming environment. staff are kind and hospitable. we had an informing consultation initially, then a personalized tuina targeting specific pains and ended with a relaxing herb iontophoresis

We came as my husband was having pain on right foot. But the physician diagnosed it was not a bug issue. My husband and I we’re delighted by the Tuina therapists good service. We love the touch of Kelly and Candy. They were attentive and constantly checked with us on our comfort level when doing tuina and the RF. The herb foot treatment was special for me and it was comfortable and i din feel too much from the current. Would be coming back again.

Wonderful and great experience! Physician Dr Sue is very friendly and patience. Therapist Kelly is very well experienced with her work. Super friendly and humble too. Her skills ????. Last but not least, Service Consultants Anna, Jermin and Angela are very helpful. They make sure I am well taken care of by asking if I need water or blanket.
