★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally I found the winningest Toto outlet in the west. Not in Clementi but more like opposites West Coast Mall.
And I was pleasantly surprised to see a very un-aunty-like (read: beautiful) usher managing the queue of tottering uncle putters. She multilingual too.
The counter staffs are perhaps one of the best this side of Singapore. Well mannered and articulate, they are reason for my rare 4-star rating.
Very neat and tidy (no strewn betting slips) the place is a winner on its own. Now, all that remains is to see if i can be a winner too.
