Queue is inevitable due to small size of the branch, sadly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed feelings about getting my items posted from this branch - in the past few weeks, I have been mailing out items at the Choa Chu Kang Central & Jurong East branches where all the staff seem to be friendly and knowledgeable. Expecting the same standards from an outlet that is open till late, and even on Sundays, I would say that I was quite disappointed.
The staff member who took everyone's temperature and managed the queue was professional and efficient, however the staff at the counter who served me seemed very inexperienced with managing parcels going out internationally - the level of service which I received was of really low standards too.
I usually leave the post office feeling relieved that my parcel is in safe hands, but I cannot say the same for my recent visit here.

Though it is a busy place with long queues, but still excellent service.
But some times they gave me hard time while receiving my money sent from Pakistan, as they alway put objection on my name spelled and said spelling are not as per receipt.
Goog location.
Helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The opening time of the office has been changed since Covid. The operating time is 11am to 9pm now. The staff called Melissa was so nice and polite! Her service was excellent! However, the staff sitting next to her with a scarf on is not very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open Sunday! That's incredible. For that alone I would give them 5 stars. Super courteous staff, answered all my questions. Provided packing materials and gave me choices of services and cost. There is social distancing going on so they looked closed when they are actually open. I wish they had more locations like this.
