★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The queue gets long in Saturdays, arrive at the opening time (9.30am) to reduce the waiting time. On weekdays there's usually not much people so if you have a lot to send out, weekdays are your best bet. The staff are generally friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was collecting a parcel on my friend behalf, this is due to there is no one at home. However, I did my homework and prepare the signatures required. Collecting the item is a breeze and it only took 5 minutes! So easy and time saving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had my friend to collect a parcel from me in the post office today, it's been super inconvenience and now they say the owner have to sign the form in order for my friend to collect the parcel, I get it, I understand, but this is my first time doing this and I'm saying that why don't you wrote the instructions clearly in the form at the first place? The form didn't even mention that a signature is needed, the instructions is not clear and causing a lot of inconvenience.

1. Suggesting the carton box & advise the right box size.
2. Fill the box with extra foam to fill
the empty space.
3. Sealed the box nicely with packing tape.
4. Advised insurance to be purchased.
Overall a 10 on 10 rating

First time officially posting for self and the ladies there; the Indian lady at entrance and the Filipino lady at counter helped so much. They were patient and incredibly respectful when explaining or assisting my needs and efficient. ?? Made my experience & day!
