★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there just now at toa payoh hub Singpist to collect my tracker watch. This girl by the name of Tan Hui was serving me still remembers me after more than one year. So far i have not been serve in such a excellent customer service with extra miles. I really feels great for such great service. After 2 years she is still kerping up her friendly smile under the mask. Excellent service. Makes my day. Thank you so much.

What even sells me more is the friendly staff like Mdm Betty Tan who is always helping me with my overseas postage needs.
She is very patient and friendly despite my complex mailing patterns. I really applaud her initiative and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I witnessed how one staff assisted an elderly with much patience and kindness, which is really heartwarming. I think its really great because this branch serves the elderly population in the vicinity. Didn't catch the name of the counter officer but I was there on Thursday 27/1, around 6.30pm. Thank you for showing us how kindness is demonstrated in small deeds :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 5 pm as my appointment time is 6 pm. Collection of passport is simple except for the 1.5 hrs queue. It’s obvious the staffs were trying their best to serve everyone. Keep up the good work.
