Took Class 2B. Fantastic instructors provide good learning experience ?. Good facilities and sheltered circuit. 2B bikes a bit old (CB190R). Online booking system is adequate. Theory classes are well presented. Counter staff also very friendly. Shuttle bus fom MRT useful.

Ridiculous. Booked my Simulator Booking appointment for 11am. Came here at 10.54am. Now it is 1.20pm and I have still not been called. Why do we need to book an appointment if I have to waste precious time waiting here as well? 8 counters but only 4 are manned. The crowd is just building up and no one seems to care. No sense of urgency. My suggestion to anybody who wants to get his/her license, don’t try and get it at SSDC till they show improvements. Better to go to BBDC.

My Genuine Review & Feedback for SSDC: 1) I can see that SSDC is taking the right step by implementing live chat & chatbots on their website & FAQ site. I appreciate the quick response by the customer service staff, Amy. A kind and sincere staff who answers any questions promptly and efficiently! No more long email waits! 2) Booking for Registration Counter. I understand that many have written reviews on the long 1-4H wait even when scheduling an appointment. I believe this is what the school needs to focus on as this is the 1st step when new students enrol into SSDC. There are 5 ways I can think of at the moment to improve processes... No. 1. Measure the average time taken for each person at the registration counter and average the number of online booking slots available for all the different time slots. No. 2. Hire more staff to mend the counters. No. 3. Have different counters serving different situations. For longer processes like registration and shorter processes like questions or quick booking. No. 4. Show the "Q" Number LIVE on the Website so people can visit the cafeteria or nearby coffeeshops without stressing about Missed Q. No. 5. Upon getting your "Q" Number, have an SMS system to inform the person when it is about to reach them. It will be slightly costly, but it will improve processes. 3) I also understand that SSDC implemented an 8 Practical Booking & Max 50 Refresh for Booking Slots. It is a + for students who cannot find slots for some time & reduces people using bots for auto booking. 4) As I am learning my driving lessons now, I want to also thank my instructor '6342' Sam B. P. For his kindness and patience in guiding my practical lesson. All in all, I gave 5 Stars for the school's progress in achieving better schooling conditions. All the best

Great place for learning and improving our Driving/Riding skills. Well trained and nice instructors. Thanks to the whole team who put all their efforts for our success in TP Test today with higher passing rate.

It is the age of digitalisation why SSDC is still ridiculously backward. You asked people to scramble for an appointment slot yet when I arrived 15 minutes earlier I was given a number of 1140 vs the prevailing number of 1079 ! Consequently I waited for 2.5 hours for an appointment scheduled for 1330hrs. The appointment itself lasted less than 5 minutes at the counter!! Extremely backward and inefficient. Ridiculously managed centre. Canteen drink stall staff were rude, arrogant and not being helpful saying only cash accepted as the payment ( not even Paynow!)

the instructors at SSDC are friendly and helpful! I appreciate their effort to know our names and provide personalised guidance during lessons and revisions. I am petite and initially found it hard to adapt to the bike, but the instructors are attentive to give tips and advice to help me :) shoutout to the instructor who let me try the CB400 immediately after my online enrolment, and gave me tips to adjust to the bike's weight — even before I booked a first practical lesson.

Exactly a year ago today, I took my 3rd TP and passed my 2B! Sorry that it took me over a year to write a review(better late than never). I would like to thank all of the instructors that helped me through this journey. Gave up many times but still pulled through. Unlike most, I was a little slow. I couldnt grasp on to the skills as quickly as I thought I could. There were a handful of instructors that were just being pain in the a**, but others are just awesome. Thanks to these awesome instructors that provided me with words of positivity, and made me believe in myself. There's 1 incident that happened that became a core memory, thanks to him. We were out on the road, in lesson 7, I didn't look across the other side of the pedestrian crossing, and just made a move and was inches away from knocking down a pedestrian. Upon seeing what had just happened, I was scolded and shouted at by the instructor(I call it tough-love). It was my fault and this became something I hold on to firmly. I will ensure that it's safe and there isn't any pedestrian before making my move. If you are curious how far long was my journey, its 1 year and 4 months(exclude 2 months of school closure due to covid). No. of times I took per lesson:- Lesson 1: 5 Lesson 2: 5 Lesson 3.1: 5 Lesson 3.2: 4 Lesson 4: 5 Lesson 5: 6 Lesson 6: 1 Lesson 7: 2 Circuit Revision: 12 (including for Lesson 4 - circuit test) Road Revision: 8 TP: 3 Others may make it seems easy, but some of us just a little slow. But ITS OK! If I can do it, any one can too! I would like to end with naming the Instructors that made my lesson days a little brighter. Thank you so much for your positive words of encouragement, for not giving up on me, for your patience and lastly thank you for being a part of the awesome ones. 1. ZAFER, 6129 2. KELVIN, 6221 3. JUNAIDI, 5974 4. NIZAL, 5638 5. SUHAIMI, 5920 6. RAZLI, 6062 7. FIRDAUS, 6064 8. ZHI LONG, 6127 Not inputting any negative feedbacks as positive always outweigh the negative ones. Thank you SSDC! Till next time, see you on the road :) Cheers, Ida
