Booked 4 private lessons with these guys and they force you to use up the lessons within 4 weeks even if you are injured or sick. Many other better places out there who at least are willing to extend the validity of the package a little bit. They also refused to speak with me on the phone and only communicated via SMS. Don't book with these guys.

Paying 60$ (120$ for 2 pax) despite no classes for the entire month due to bad weather. We know it’s all in the T&C and legally valid but could’ve been more flexible and accommodating with timing and venue

Signed my niece and nephew up for classes with them and the kids enjoyed themselves a lot, they always look forward to their lessons now! Definitely recommend Singapore Swimming Academy ??

Seamless registration procedure and assigned a coach to me with my preferred date and time! Coaches are friendly, passionate and patience when teaching ❤️ Will definitely recommend them to my friends and their kids to join!

Coaches were friendly and patient. Initially,my kid were super afraid of water, but after a few lessons, now my kid looks forward to weekly lessons. Definitely giving Singapore Swimming Academy 5 stars. ?????

Went for my swimming lessons and totally enjoyed it. Coach was friendly and very knowledgeable. My swimming skills improved and I must thank Coach Freddie for his patience and commitment to help me swim better. Well done Singapore Swimming Academy!

I cannot rate a school without reputation. 1) As i enquire the course for 1-1 coaching, the school is very prompt to send me a message seeking payment of $280 immediately without asking my child's capability etc. therefore I had to ask clarifying questions for experiences of coaches to match my child. 2) Invoice name was incorrect and the admin do not even bother to make correction despite asking them to please re print the invoice for book keeping - display of customer service and attitude is extremely awful experience . I ought to have taken this as a cue , unfortunately i didnt and proceed to engaged their coach. 3) My intended class time was 6:30pm, after 1 session, I asked if the coach is keen to come in for more frequent class since it is a holiday week, He confirmed and he only materialized 1 out of 3 classes. The coach ask to change timing to 30 mins earlier for future classes. 4)I We attempted to accomodate once but we were unable to continue the class at 6pm in the future, while he attempted to ask us to accomodate to his timing again, I give in and agree at 6:15pm. My child was later by 10 mins and we apologise as it was really challenging to put her at 6:15pm class- his reply was: I HAVE ANOTHER CLASS AFTER THIS. Therefore i assume, he pushed us forward for his own interest and benefit and has no regards for customers/ student. I will ask that you DO NOT consider an institution who lacks intergity, and consideration for their students. I have never wrote a negative review online before, this is definitely a horrible school.

Patience and professional coach. Keeps the class discipline for conducive learning. My kid swimming improve tremendously, also enjoys it very much and always look forward for it! Thank you Coach Jackson!
