I would like to complain about Lee for not listening to what I’m trying to ask and keep cutting me off. When I wish to ask a particular question, she is giving me another answer to the question which I did not ask. Please listen to our conversation on 04May2022 at 1008am for that 8 mins phone call. It was totally unpleasant. The conversation was about me asking Lee if I can hire third party vendor (dancer, liveband) to my wedding to perform and she gave me another answer I need to email to STB regarding licencing. Obviously she is not trying to listen to me and trying to cut me and claimed that she is trying to help me. This is absurd. I would like to complain about Louis for saying “I should know.”, the moment I ask him if performers like live band and dancing is allowed to my wedding. Louis came off as RUDE as the next reply from him is “You should know.”. So may I know what is his purpose as customer service officer? Might as well he not get hired and I read the news myself. I call is to clarify and if his reply to me is “You should know” then please do not put on the website that members of public and call through 6736 6622 to clarify. Louis’s attitude is totally uncalled for. Conversation happened on 04May2022 at 1016am.

Forget visiting Singapore until you dont need to do PCR tests to return to your country. The price for a 24 test which is not guaranteed by some providers is $110 but if you want a speedy one will take $230-$250 per person out of your budget. Just now standing in a queue of people of over 50 people at Raffles hospital which guarantees 24hour turn around. Not hiw I wanted a vacatiin to end.
