Dishonest company, lie to me not once but 3 times. First I ask for free sample pack that they advertise, they told me to pay $12 for delivery. Nowadays Singpost postage stamp cost $12??? Second lie their spam advertisement claim 100% made in Singapore but on email they told me they ask overseas people to print and sent to here. So they made in Singapore, then sent to overseas, then sent back here? Seriously? Third lie my dad went to their store address but they are not there and the store address is fake. They kept trying to stop us from going to the address and after my dad went and I email them photo of their fake address, they at last admit they 'are working on having an open office in Singapore some day'. So they dont even have a store yet!?! Extremely disappointment. If you don't have a store, dont lie and claim you have. If your products not made in SG, don't lie and claim they are. If your samples are $12, don't lie and claim theyre free.

Had a very mixed experience with SingaPrinting due to the following experiences. First time purchase went quite smoothly; customer service was quite prompt although can get laggy at times with minor mistakes overlooked more than once during email conversations. No big deal. Stickers arrived not quite as expected, 1 design 2 sizes, colors came out different. Okay, at least it came out with the right measurements. No big deal. Was given a small compensation for the unexpected result. Second purchase, customer service was again quite prompt but same mistakes were overlooked AGAIN multiple times, despite being very specific. No big deal. Stickers arrived, colors were accurate and picture was sharp and clear. But... White borders were added to the design and my stickers came out with a white bleed (which were not cut after printing). Emailed Customer Service for an explanation and hopefully a REDO (or at least some compensation), but they made sure to let me know that it was my fault and they cannot and will not do anything to fix the situation. FYI the stickers were for product labels. Now I have hundreds of stickers that I can't use and rest assured I won't be engaging with SingaPrinting again. This has indeed been a very very disappointing experience with them.

SingaPrinting made art paper stickers for our branding and we love them! Prices were extremely reasonable as well. Customer service was excellent.

Received the transparent logo stickers from SingaPrinting! On time delivery and they helped me with final proof before printing. Very impressed with their service and would definitely order again :)
