★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional, staff are not responsive. They are talkative and noisy among themselves, don't attend to customers. Service provided is very basic and mediocre. When talking to Chinese customers, they are very bad in speaking even though all the staff here seem Chinese. They do not speak politely, words they speak are curt and could even be rude. Only will come for bank services, not their unprofessional service.
Update: When creating a new bank account, one older staff asked me to copy 2 forms exactly the way I filled it in the first time... Do they not have a photocopier machine? Also, they asked me for my thumbprint and asked me not to move my finger around to get the ink on the inkstamp before I gave my thumb print. However, she took hold of my thumb and rubbed it all over the inkstamp when she explicitly asked me not to... Uhh, what's the problem here?
