โ โ โ โ โ Wenr to the outlet this morning, greeted and served by Mr Sky...really appreciate the top notch service by him, he work out the pricing, explain and advice, in detail the payment plan, NO hard selling, ever patience, best of all he listens to the customer and works out a plan to suit both the budget and repayment plan.

But what to highlight is their customer service, served by a quite knowledgeable salesperson named Kai that day, he patiently explained the pricing and the payment plan in a very detailed way. He did gave some advice after listening and understanding all the requests and concerns raised. The branch really trained their staff well.

โ โ โ โ โ my first encounter with a goldsmith which sells gold by piece and not gram. only to realised i freaking paid $750 for a merely 3 gram of 999 gold after getting my receipt. so tell me if this is not a daylight robbery? judge yourself, otherwise just avoid this place and look elsewhere. anyway i was in a hurry tho, plus recommended to this place. still abit lost after thinking back of the whole situation.

โ โ โ โ โ Please beware of this shop. Maybe some people do find it cheaper than other shops. However, their โhousewifeโ scheme of instalment plan can be rather deceiving. How can you accept an agreement by nod and sign when the person is of a low IQ without checking anything? Yes, true, housewives do not have salary slips but how can you as the shop owners think they can pay? By selling the item to them just because they agree? A very ?? way for you to gain sales right? Well, hopefully, after this not many housewives will fall for your instalment scheme.
