I am so happy that this company is doing such a terrific job working with its clients and customers. They are very personable and go to extra lengths to make sure that they can help solve any problem you may have with your printer/ink. I observed how friendly and helpful they were in their busy shop.
I am definitely going to be a loyal customer now!

โ โ โ โ โ Sincere and friendly seller. I modified my HP Deskjet 1510 but unfortunately within a week it was not functioning properly. So I decided to bring back the printer to get another round of check. But problem remains due to one of the cartridges head issue (not because of the result of modification). The shop even offered me to fully refund the modification cost which I refused to take since im still able to print using color cartridge. Great experience and Thank you for your great customer service :)

They treated me and other customers more than thier duty call.
I just got a ciss for my printer on 19/03/2021.
It works well.
Rickson corrected my mistake and teached me proper way to refill
ink cartridges.

My HP7500A has not been used for a few years. Print head choked.
Many would have advise to junk it and get a new printer but these guys serviced it with very reasonable cost and now it is printing like new!

โ โ โ โ โ Got my printer fix with external ink by them last time. Recently got problem with alignment and roller issue. They never charge me for helping me solve. So in return I bought photo paper from them. Good job!

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing customer service! Went there to refill my ink cartridge (super cost efficient) but returned to get my printer repaired because it wouldnโt turn on.
The shop owner was very detailed and took the necessary time to fix it.
When I asked how much it was for the repair, he didnโt ask for anything in return.
Super grateful and would highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ Throwing away my $599 HP OfficeJet Pro8720 which is barely 5 months old. My first & last time dealing with SingInk. THERE IS NO SUPPORT AFTER THEY SELL YOU THE PRODUCT. Buy at own risk because HP warranty is void when the ink tank is modified.
1. Paper jam becuase the ink tubes are in the way of the printer.
2. Ink tube has a lot of air bubbles causing the print to have uneven colour. The inks were also overlapping each other probably because the ink nozzle has problem.
Seriously after this lesson, I will pay a bit more for original inks.
Read many positive reviews about Singink, not sure if these are friends or there is another Singink in Singapore but the one I am referring to is Sim Lim Square #04-55.
