Today 3 June 21, on behalf of my my wife i went down to Changi City Point & was served by 1 of the staff name Shena, when i ask do i need to take Q number, she replied with unhappy tone 'no need' & ask me to take out the items i need to replaced. She ask me what the problems i told her that i just recontract my Bundle & d Router very slow since it already 6 years & i being told by Singtel Staff, if i need to replace just come to replacement centre, with unhappy voice shena told me next time don't listen to them, you just call our technician to come down, i told her it will take few days to come down as they need to make appointment, since i off i just do it myself. with my explanation she unhappy & start to take the new set of d items which she need to replace my old items & she bang the box on the chair unbox it & pass it to me with the box. i remind silence as i don't want any issue with her anymore since she look unhappy to serve. After she had pass me all the items without telling me it done. Before i left the counter i ask for her name once again she not happy & told me her name Shena.
