Very Strange SING X expects customers to have multiple sign up for different countries. How can we have mobile phone numbers in each country. It must not a any regulation because with OFX single registration allows to transfer from various destinations

1) easy to use 2) Staff very helpful but completion of transaction (for receiving bank to receive the money) took longer than I anticipated.

First experience is very bad experience. The site was down after I sent them SGD 2000.00 for an immediate transfer to India for my family purposes. Chat agent told me to try with Mobile app. Even then, it was bad. She agreed that their site was having some problem. We do not know how MAS gives them award for such companies. We come to take up their services based on MAS recommendations. Afterwards, I got a welcome3K- first transfer fee waiver. My SingX wallet was having 2000.00; Transfer fee was SGD 8.00. The site developer's knowledge was wafer thin that he did not notice such problem even after 4 years of its service. We do not know what CEOs are doing in their arm chairs. We did not get the submit button. Later, I need to reduce the amount of transfer to SGD 1992.00, leaving behind that SGD 8.00 in Singx wallet. 1) First experience problems are: Site down + No submit button + reduce the amount of transfer to odd number to accommodate the site. I think, DBS is better and robust.

Very good , using from long time . I wish if they are allow to hold the rate for 48-72 hours.

Very bad service and grossly delay in rectifying issue. My initial transfer was done at 4.50 pm and I happened to miss the 5 pm cut off and also didn’t know about the cut off time . I then transferred the fund a few minute after 5; and SingX refused to honor the transfer . Instead they returned the $ to me after 2 days and put into SingX wallet . This is so ridiculous. By then the exchange rate has moved against my favor and now I have to incur additional cost for a worse off rate . Bad experience!

I started using SingX in 2021. I would have given it a 5 star then. It’s good that they have various security check in place. Once done, fund transfer was smooth and fast as claimed on their website. Typically 1 day or less. This June, I initiated the transfer on Mon 27 June 2022 but the transfer was not in the recipient account until Fri 1 July 2022. Perhaps this is due to security checks by certain authorities etc. If it is, I appreciate will it if SingX will let me know the details. At least I won’t be so worried. Also, if one typically needs certain documents, why not list it all out from the beginning? It will make life easier for all. It will also improve the professional image of the company. A lot to improve in their process flow and SOP. If done properly, it can be potentially the best among similar companies.
