Worst in dealing with clients.. No response or communication and not following contracts

This is the worst and most unprofessional company that I have ever witnessed. We are two students that moved to Singapore from Scandinavia and wanted a place to live. We went on a viewing with this "business" and we signed a contract for two rooms in a condo. When we moved in, they didn't provide us with access cards. For the entire period we lived there, the kept saying that the access cards were almost there, until after one month, when they said that they would never provide us with an access card and that we should move out. They quite obviously broke their contract, since we weren't able to access the apartment that we paid for. Their excuses were unbelievable, and it seemed like they wanted us to live there without access cards for the period, simply because they weren't able to provide the cards. In addition to this they are really difficult to communicate with, since they have difficulties speaking English. I hope this review is helpful, because we believe that no-one should have to deal with a business without respect for people and contracts.
