I have replaced all 8 wooden doors (bifold and sliding) for my flat and they were installed on time for my move in date. Quality of the doors and workmanship are good. I am impressed with the kitchen door (3 panels), very nice. Installers were professional. Zoey was helpful and provided good advice. Terrible service. No one to serve us and we were left to wander around for quite a while. Are they selling doors, carpentery or accessories? Definitely no core competencies. The sales are unsure of their products. Lousy experience

It's not even poor post-installation service but no service at all! Should have checked Goggle reviews before ordering from them! Ordered 2 slide and swing doors through their website and Zoey WhatsApp me a day later to set up the measurement date. The installers installed the doors 2 weeks later. While the bathroom door fits nicely, the toilet door was probably not measured correctly; the width of the frame is smaller so the installers had to use lots of silicon sealant which I thought was normal. I only realised this issue when the silicon didn't dry up even after a few days. the smallest width of the silicon sealant is 1 cm on 1 side of the door frame. WhatsApp Siong Door (XXXX0297) with photos of the black smudges, scratches and thick silicon but there was no reply or acknowledgement. I shall live with my mistake for trusting this company but I hope whoever is thinking of engaging them to think twice. Post review update: Zoey from Siong Door WhatsApp me the next door after seeing this review. Companies/People may assume that customers who post negative reviews want something from them. At least not in my case which I genuinely wanted to warn other potential customers. Anyway, thanks Zoey for (finally) admitting that the no. XXXX0297 which has Siong Door's logo as profile pic was not from the Sales Dept but just for scheduling installation. No thanks for using my flat's slanted toilet door frame as an excuse for the poor workmanship. The contractor who did the toilet bi-fold door 17 years ago must be really skillful as he could deliver excellent workmanship despite the slanted door frame.

Fixed my balcony door. Very meticulous and offer alternate solutions to have the frame on existing. Very skillful, professional and patient technician (Ah Hua), excellent workmanship and politeness.

Bad quality, Bad Service. I wish to highlight that this review is late, I should have leave the review back when Siong Door gave me problems, but better late than never. So here goes: I even took the hassle to help to do group buy for my estate to purchase doors from Siong Doors. I regretted, the room doors that I chose came with multiple problems. The room doors had scratches when it came, I only installed 3 room doors with them, so they took turns to come with problem, initially it is Room A's door, then Room B's door. Granted that Siong Door took effort to keep changing for me, but let's look at it this way, if the doors didn't come with scratches, would I need to go through the hassle to keep complain and ask their men to drop by so many times ? It is also troublesome for me, as I had to do cleaning every time their men come. The finalized doors also came with problems, which Siong Door refute and said it is my surrounding environment problem. Because I opt for Stainless Steel inlay; metal stripe on surface of the room door, the bottom of All my 3 room doors drip oil liked liquid which leads to rust. And what's weird is all 3 room doors drips and rust at the exact same spot. (look at my attached picture). The argument with Siong Door has no conclusion, the sales consultant even sarcastically reply me in her own words, she replied "Even you are willing to purchase new doors from us, we also suggest you find other supplier". This is indirectly telling me they don't want our business. When I go nowhere with the sales consultant of Siong Door, I requested to speak to their boss which is Jaye. He had the same stand as his sales man. If you see the picture, the metal stainless steel inlay even pop out. I have already typed alot in details, I don't know if Siong Door has changed for the better, but looking at their reviews left by other people. You guys do your assessment. Edit: Siong Door replied this review that it is indeed due to environment issue, For goodness sake, the Oil liked thing dripped from inside the metal inlay, and this oil liked liquid caused the rust and it is on the same spot for all 3 doors. I am also not staying at East Coast or Sentosa whereby it is near the SEA. Anyway as mentioned, its long over, I would not recommend anyone to go with Siong Door at all.

Was actually rather uncertain whether to use Siong Door after reading its mixed reviews though their quotation was quite competitive. They have quoted $851.72 for 4 solid wood bedroom doors with installation and accessories under promotion. Have to prepay after measurement. After making further enquiries through whatsapp, their staff, Tiffany, was patient and prompt in replying, thus decided to give them a try. Mr Lim came to take the measurements, he is knowledgeable and brought along door samples for me to choose which I am much thankful for as the pic of the one I have originally chosen through pic looks quite different from the actual sample. Payment was easy as I was able to make the payment using credit card online through a link sent by the company. Before installation day, their office will send reminder about it. Zi Qiang and Ah Quan came slightly earlier on the day of installation and they were able to complete the work very efficiently. Though coz of the drilling and such, quite a bit of cleaning I have to do thereafter. Subsequently noticed that one of the doors was not able to close well (later discovered was due to small cutting chip, not installation issue) , they also send their staff to come back to check. Will not hesitate to recommend them to those who require door replacement service.
