Airshow 2018 Not very consistent. Vague information. Was worried that I had to go beyond 12pm because websites says the counter opens at 12. Turns out opened at 10AM. They didn't update the information the night before. Not efficient, next time have sistic counter agent on the event show, for god sake

Sistic is still issuing paper tickets in an age of e-tickets. They charge a ridiculous $4 booking fee per ticket. Defeating the whole purpose of online booking, Sistic dictates that we have to make a trip to collect paper tickets at their outlets.... AND they charge a collection fee for that privilege! When I went to collect my paper tickets during their operating hours, the Sistic Counter was UNMANNED as their staff had "gone for a meeting" and they expected me to wait for them for 15 minutes. I'd already paid booking fees and gone out of my way to collect the tickets; the least Sistic could have done is provide a minimum level of customer service.

SISTIC did a very poor job in informing the customers that their ticket collection booth would open from 10am on Sunday morning for Singapore Airshow. Moreover, we paid extra service fees to get a very poor service? SISTIC is redundant. it's 2018 and they should have online ticket or at least allow customers to collect the tickets at the event area itself.

I was buying boy pablo tickets the morning it was on sale and when I was buying the tickets, I realised the availability of the seats kept changing on the website whenever I refreshed. So, I decided to book via the hotline instead. Took about 1 and a half minutes for my call to be answered but the customer service was really great. Seemed to be a busy morning as I heard a lot of other voices in the background but she was really nice and patient. I was in the middle of booking when our call got cut halfway because of my stupid phone. So I panicked and called back and another lady picked up but I mentioned that I already had seats reserved for me and surprisingly they managed to put me on the line with the first lady. I haven’t made payment yet so I was expecting for my reserved seats to be let go but I realised she held on the tickets for me! Was so thankful cause the other seats were rubbish. Sorry I didn’t get your name but thank you so much I really needed those tickets!!

I tried to watch a movie on SISTIC live but it kept getting stuck on buffering not even a minute into the movie at the same exact spot, until it finally restricted me from watching due to too many attempts. Waste of time and money.

Sistic website and mobile app's Gift voucher selection or purchase doesn't work. I called and explained to a first operator and she said she will check and get back to me. Then I received an email saying that the situation will be looked into and I have to call to buy "e-vouchers" as physical voucher is not available now. Today we called Sistic hotline and were told we cannot purchase voucher via hotline with a second operator. Then we explained that we were told to call hotline to purchase because the website and app are both not working. Then we are told that e vouchers are not available for individuals, only corporate purchase, hence we can only buy physical vouchers. After making payment and made the choice of 'self collect- from singpost' over courier, this second operator then said office is closed till further notice and he doesn't know when we can collect, will need to arrange. Even if I have the physical voucher, the people I gift the vouchers to cannot redeem because the physical vouchers will have to be redeemed at the office and they don't know when they are reopening - then why waste all our time to begin with? Firstly, I feel that the operators are unbelievably rude and lack the most up to date information that should be aligned with Sistic. Secondly, Sistic is not updating the website with relevant updates and maintenance of the website. Lastly, as a reputable and "LEADING ticketing platform - as you claimed", the overall service, support as well as customer relationship is surprisingly sub par. The intention to gift which was meant to be joyous is now a very upsetting experience. "We don't just sell tickets, we get the party started." - please live up to it.

Had a really negative experience booking for JJ's concert ticket for over 30 minute. Was faced with constant 502 errors, website crashes, and disappointments. Multiple peers of mine also faced similar challenges and experiences. It would have been more pleasant if there had been a proper redirection or queing system in place, to allow the end user to get a better sensing of their progress, as this spike in visitor traffic should have been anticipated and planned for.

Evening with 98 degrees concert was cancelled in May 2020. Requesting for refund x 2 tickets worth over $200. Emailed Sistic and was told that the refund is depending on organizer's approval. This is so unprofessional and definitely a rip off for any consumers.
