★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service at the city hall outlet. I had to wait 30 mins for my treatment & was asked to wait when I walked out of the room to ask about the delay. The reason that they gave was the equipment was in use by another customer, the staff was blatantly lying in my face. I reached 5mins before my appointment time and saw the staff who was supposed to help me was serving another customer. The previous time I came for treatment, they tried to hard sell me on another service and promise the duration of the treatment wouldn’t take so long. What a lie! Highly no recommended to sign their packages or try their services. Over promise and under deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ attended by Bebe at Raffles Link. Very pleased that there was no hard-selling at all, did some recommendations but totally no hard-sell. Her skills are great! And...very pleasantly surprised that their packages are cater-able to your pockets. Thumbs Up to their Boss who do not exert pressure on their staff and do not culturalise hard-selling; happy staff - happy clients - happy boss!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for facial at citylink outlet, was called into a room for "talk" before my treatment. I rejected their offer few times and we go straight to my facial. The facial experience is horrible. The extraction is not thorough. The mask is very dry, feels like reused mask... Unless you want to buy their package, don't go.. my own mask is even better than theirs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a massage under Fave app, massage itself was good but the masseuse kept talking throughout, trying different ways to get me to top up extra for things during the session and to sign up for package after. When I said I wanted time to consider and won’t be getting the package today, the masseuse seemed annoyed and told me I’ll regret not getting the deal. Not a very pleasant experience for me

She was also very experienced and knowledgable about the ingredients and answered any queries that I had. Really like this place and I plan to come back next time. Highly recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the Full Body Massage 1 hr by Angela, she was very skillful and engaging. Felt my upper back stiff neck became better after the massage. She used the right strength and kept checking with me whether I wanted her to use harder or go softer. She is a very nice person and did not push further when I declined taking package. It is reasonable and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for all ladies!
