Been coming here recently for my lashes and has been very comfortable (Done by Hui Feng and Eunice). Destinee recommends lashes according to my eye shape and I’m happy with her recommendation.

Friendly and attentive. Been here since 2015, quite satisfied with the service as they will recommend the facial based on the condition and need for each session, no need to fix same type all the time.

My first visit to Skinn Beauty at AMK. The place is clean & cosy. The staff are friendly. Consultant Destiny recommended the right products for my sensitive skin & Ivy gave me a very relaxing facial. ?

Was served by Eunice for my lash appt. she’s super skillful patient & friendly. Place is very comfy, was also surprise that the blankets were actually quilt instead of like thin blankets.

After being a loyal customer for >5 years, I am truly disappointed. They say 1 ROTTEN apple spoils the whole barrel and this is so true. Destiny, who manages the front of the house has offended me deeply and ruined my experience with Skinn. I will not hash out the details here but I have some advice for the management of Skinn - get rid of her or you'll lose more customers. Here are the reasons why: Firstly, she twists the truth and blatantly lies to get the customer to pay additional money on top of an existing package. My guess is that she has a high quota to hit and she's really desperate. Secondly, she's insincere in apologising - just says sorry for the sake of it and cuts the customer off when talking. Still has the cheek to defend herself after saying sorry. What's the point then? Lastly, the one that takes the cake - taking advantage of a pregnant lady, forcing her to pay double of what she has committed. Cornering her in the treatment room and again lying. Prospective customers of Skinn: Spend your money elsewhere unless you're game for hard selling and an unpleasant experience with the sales staff. The choice is yours.

Have been coming here a few times and have been very happy with the lash lift and tint results. Today Skinn was really nice to give me a $100 birthday month voucher as well! Environment in clean and neat as well.

Facial done by IVY was super! Very relaxing. She was detailed and made the perfect suggestion for the type of treatment that I needed for my face. Be sure to stop by! (And the lash services are also amazing).

Professionalism, Comfort level and explaining products were good. Very gentle and friendly session. Smooth process and doesn’t hurt at all. Felt very fresh after treatment. My therapist was May and she did an excellent job.
