★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is my first time approaching a moneylender. initially, i am worried about visiting moneylenders as i have heard several poor feedbacks. due to some financial problem, i have to seek assistance from moneylender. after doing some research online and reading feedback, i went down to skm and it changed my poor perception on licensed moneylender. the staffs are so friendly and patient while explaining, regardless thru phone or during appointment. she try to understand my situation and my ability to make repayments, Thanks for your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SKM charged late fee when I was only 1 day late in payment, despite calling and explaining to them the reason. When I had funds and repaid them earlier than due date, no discount whatsoever. Have moved on to other lenders who are more flexible and fairer. Won't be returning to reloan for sure.
Ask your collector if she charged customers late fee for being just 1day late in payment. Your existing customers will know that I am telling the truth.
