β β β β β The service in tis store really needs improvin.. we went to other skp outlets n receive friendly n smiley attitudes BUT NOT IN TIS OUTLET! Tampines blk 138 yup! Tats te correct outlet whereby two staff were on duty all of te time.. an auntie who service is average but te younger girl .. i really dun know who offended her w her black face n cant b bothered attitude.. it really pissed us off ..if not for my complulsory items i need to purchase from tere.. i would never want to go n pay for my items n face a rather rude n sulkin cashier..
i really wished tat SKP cld transfer her or better still sent her for a refinin customer course n most impt.. teach her how to b friendly n SMILE!!!
