Our renovation is still under one year warranty. We have been contacting Mr Sky from Skycreation hoping that he can help to rectify some of the works but he is not responsive at all. To escalate we have also emailed the company hoping that they can send somebody down to fix the works before CNY. No response as well. Feel helpless.

These guys are amateurs, they disregard neighbour complaints for drilling on weekends and public holiday. They can't plan their work schedule out with not much drilling on weekdays but come the weekend it's full-on drilling. Neighbours can give and take, ok for work to be done with noise on weekdays, but at least plan out your work and avoid drilling no weekends. The most ridiculous part is when neighbours complained to them for work on weekends, they said: 1) they didn't know, but yet they have a notice on their door from HDB that clearly states no drilling on weekends and public holidays. 2) The site supervisor is combing fine hairs on what is deemed as disturbance and trying to side step/ bend the rules that's stated clearly by HDB. The disturbance can only be determined by the disturbed; not the person doing the disturbing. Is this the first time they're working on a renovation? Or they simply don't care about anything?

Long story short, we had a hellish experience with this contractor. Their ID Aaron was defensive and at times aggressive when we questioned the defects in our renovations. At times, I stood near the entrance to our apartment, in case the conversation turned violent and I had to quickly get away. Would never want to go through a similar experience again.

Had a very bad experience with the IDs as they delayed the handover by additional 2 months from actual completion date. The IDs in-charge of my project was Aaron and Joy. They are not very responsive and staff do not inform owner of the delays etc till the owner have to ask regards to the outcome. They are also not truthful when asked if the rectification works have been settled, owner had to go down and check for themselves to realise that nothing was done. IDs also tend to quote high prices for electrical works and additional works thereafter.

This is the second time I engaged senior interior designer Brice to renovate my house. Based on my previous experience with him for my 1st renovation, I knew I could trust both his design input, but more importantly, his reliability and dedication to the job. I can safely say that Brice is absolutely passionate about interior design. His ideas are both visually pleasing and practical. As usual, during the renovation period, he dropped by my house very often to ensure that the job was of the highest quality. In addition, he even got his hands dirty and got involved in the work, just to speed up the process, an obvious testament of his professionalism and dedication. I’ve heard far too many horror stories about designers who are only interested in clinching the deal but seldom visit the job site, resulting in usually disappointing (and often awful) results. Alex is a fabulous and well experienced interior Designer. This was the second time we engaged him for the renovation of our unit. With his professionalism, the entire renovation process went smoothly despite the restrictions imposed by the pandemic. We are being given an excellent service by the Project Manager/ID, Dennis Gan. He delivered accordingly to what he had promised. Updates was being given promptly and any enquires was being replied in an instant. He has an open and neutral about ideas, pricing and other details. He claimed that he is a Victorian Design Expert and we got to agree after the renovation completed. We had previously used another ID for our first house and decided to check out Sky Creation due to their high ratings on the internet. We did a comparison with 4 others IDs and most of them are unable to meet with the 2 months renovation period. Only Sky Creation is confident to deliver accordingly to the timeline and I have made the right decision engaging them. Comparing to my previous ID, the services provided by Sky Creation is at a different level. No words can describe and you will need to go through the process to have a positive experience. In any renovation, there are bound to be hiccups. But how the ID helps you to resolve it so that you can move in accordingly to the timeline matters. I will definitely recommend Sky Creation to anyone who want to have a peace of mind when going through a house renovation. You wont be disappointed with their services, 110%. Responsiveness from the ID is a very important point when you engage an ID. You will need to be aware of the updates and other important stuffs. Quality of materials are important when engaging them. Therefore do your research from previous customer to ensure that they had positive experience. Ensure that there are no surprise hidden costs. Some other ID give you low prices at the start but will mark up the prices once you sign the deal with tonnes of variation orders.
