★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, right next to mrt. Friendly staff and reasonable pitch. Banana leaf restaurant next to it means you can have something to eat after a game. Cold storage downstairs at level 2 also means easy access to supplies. Free parking on weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the happy hour price for the entertainment room (7-10 pax) on a Friday night. Found the package alright - charged at $32/h for karaoke, ps4 and switch; note only two can be played at any one time, since there are only 2 TVs. Karaoke sound system not too good. Additional $6 ea/h for darts/pool or fooseball. Room is quite small. Recommend to seek clarification on cost breakdown during booking prior to deposit payment.
Futsal courts look real good. Probably will come back for futsal but not for entertainment room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location wise is very good, but other than that, management, cost and pitch, leaves much to be desired.
Poor drainage network means pitch is flooded easily... don't need to play after that.
Irrational refund policy... if it rains and pitch is not playable for the time booked, hardly any measures are in place for refund or rescheduling. Resulted in a negotiation with the manager instead, who ask us to check whether it is really CAT 1 weather.
Pitch size for 5 a side is barely that of a usual street soccer court you see outside.
6 a side looks more like the usual 5 a side court you see outside... but price is doubled.
Overall, it is a pity that such a good location is betrayed by poor management of the facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decently sized for 4 or 5 a side when the pitch is split into two halves. Didn't manage to try the full pitch but looks rather worthy. Only wonder about the rain and parking charges here.
