Though this is my first Bungy jump ever, thanks to the fabulous team of jump masters, Sulley, Amirul and Wan (at top deck) who guided and cheered me on. Confident due to their professionalism, I went ahead for my first β€œdunk” as well. Awesome experience. Will be back for more jumps. Not forgetting the 2 ladies, Dee and Aini as well who managed the front counter very well despite the crowd. Thank you for the great time.

Skypark Sentosa is one of the most amazing place to do extra-ordinary stuff. I and my wife did an experience of Giant Swing by AJ Hackett, a life-time experience which we can not forget and the best part is we would like to do it many times. Superb experience. Also we visited the Skypark and the view is amazing, the most beautiful in Singapore. It gets the beauty in the evening hours. A Must visiting place in Sentosa.

Despite the poor weather as it was raining throughout non stop, we proceeded with the bungy jump since it's only passing clouds... and yes we did spotted a rainbow!? The friendly staff from bungy made the whole experience fun and safe! Thou I'm not a fan of the rain, bungy jump on a rainy day does hits differently lol! It was something new. Will definitely do it again when it's a sunny day!?

Insane experience! Never done this before, so I was not sure what to expect. The moment I walked out on the edge I was focused on what I should do. Then when I jumped out and started falling towards the ground it suddenly kicked in: what the F&$k am I doing!?! It was fear of death for a moment. But after bungee rope started to slow me down, I realised that it was actually quite fun. Definitely the strongest adrenaline kick in my life so far (I’m 43). The staff were excellent and I felt that everything was very safe, equipment wise.

The registration counter service staff can be better, clearer instructions will be appreciated. But when we went up for our Giant Swing, the guys were v professional, gave clear instructions and assurance.. Sorry, I did not managed to get your names. Really enjoyed the Giant Swing! Thanks for the safety n assurance.

Skybridge cost 10 tokens, don't worry that need to walk up 17 floors. They are having the lift go up. You can see most of the place in the sentosa beach room.

Came by here as we have been to the AJ Hackett in Queenstown, in NZ before and I really enjoyed my experience in NZ. The staff at the registration counter was moderately friendly. Too bad that the company doesn’t have any discount for off peak periods. It would be great if the company gave out some discounts or even for customers who are repeat visitors back for the thrill on another day. Current promotion is only for repeat visitors on the same day. Registration/indemnity was easy to fill in. The staff bringing us to the Mega Swing was probably having a bad day. He wasn’t friendly, very unlike the AJ Hackett experience I had in NZ which was really fun and still professional. The chats with the staff felt forced. The swing was fun, and thank goodness I had someone on the swing with me. I probably would be frightened out of my wits if I was all alone dangling in midair, having to hold the GoPro in one arm and having to pull the cord the other arm. I do how that the Mega Swing gets more creative like the one I experienced in NZ with more different styles. It would definitely be less scary than a bungy jump. Video wise, it is worth to pay the $49 just for a keepsake. But I actually wish that there was a better way to record the jump than depending on the go pro on the arm. I probably had more views of the sea and sky than of the actual swing as it was dependent on how the GoPro is held. I also wish that the video was longer and not just done haphazardly, especially since customers pay $49, which is not a small sum.

Overall a nice place for your bungy jumping and giant swing experiences. For those who have been to the Canyon Swing at Queenstown in New Zealand, also operated by AJ Hackett, would know of the thrill associated with such jumps. The price can be a bit steep, including the $49 for purchasing the video and photos that come along with your jump. However the place is well built and alludes a sense of safety and security. The only area of improvement, as with most Singapore service standard, is that if staff service. They do not seemed to be very friendly and warmth in the reception and communication, and definitely pales in comparison to that of the service crew in Queenstown, NZ! So this is an area of staff development that the SG edition can work on!
