Reason: the car tyre/rims is manually cleaned and not clean properly.
Payment:
1) The payment machine not working.
2) Previous car left the wash area wasting time with payment machine not working well.
3) I ring the bell and someone came. after few tries, it work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time going to an automated car wash and to be frank it was extremely disappointing. Let me list a few points as to why:
1. Dried stains are still stuck onto the surface of the car, I know I should not expect much but even drive through car wash could do better for less or the same price
2. The towel the attendant used was kept in a bucket of water or some sort and he used that to clean and dry my car. This left strands of fibres on my window and door and at the same time the dirt on the towel actually SCRATCHED my window.
3. The china man attending to me tried to sell me small objects at the end of the session and when I said no, he unhappily asked me to go on and leave.
I honestly do not recommend this service to anyone who wishes their car to be clean thoroughly. I rather pay more for better quality and no scratches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only auto part is the spraying of soap and water rinsing where it is contactless, which is same as manual wash. No difference from manual wash. Waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't exactly touchless. An attendant wiped the car down with soapy water prior, and aggressively cleaned the wheels with a brush attached to a stick, prior to the wash itself (and still managed to miss several spots) He then wiped the car dry too.
So this isn't exactly for someone hoping to protect their paint job with a touchless car wash. For the price (paid $10 for the middle option with liquid wax), I would rather take the car to a grooming shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with the wash quality, but a little bit too slow. The process is rinse, soap spray, rinse, soap spray, rinse and air dry all done by the machine. In between, a worker comes and cleans my car manually with a cloth (Thought it was supposed to be touchless? Maybe because i took the premium package). Last step is a wipe dry by the worker. Payment using NETS on a machine. You can select options like wax and tyre shine.
