Avoid pump D2. Twice, the pump noozle got struck when filling up. First time a month ago, I was told that I inserted the noozle too deep. Second time this time, I only inserted half way and it still got struck. I am not sure about pump D1, however, the rest of the Diesel pump seem to be OK. On my 2nd time when the noozle get struck, I approached the lady pump attendant, she initially just passed me a small flat 'saw' and told me she cannot help as she do not know how. When I asked whether her other colleague can help, she said that the uncle who know how to do is off duty. She does'nt seem to offer any solution as how the problem can be resolved. I did ask whether anyone else can help but she still gave the same reply. Fortunately, another of her male colleague, probably the cashier, came to the rescue. While I can accept the fact that she may not know (maybe she is new), she should at least approach the other colleague or maybe her supervisor who might be able to help. Another thing is the flat saw used, is this an appropriate tool to be used. I hope that the pump station owner will do something about noozle. I normally avoid D2 but since this was the only pump left, i was using it with caution.

Cheap fuel but station being run by hooligans. No safety standard at all. So called pump attendants wearing slippers adjusting the pump nozzle and mopping spillage. And best part is, can't even park the vehicle for a moment to clean the windows. You get chase away. No custumer service oriented at all.

One of the cheapest diesel refuelling kiosks in the island. Membership / stored value card costs $5 but the amount of savings compared with typical gas stations already exceed that. The diesel pumped here is giving my car very good mileage.

4 stars rating for me for the cheap diesel, well stocked up mart and lots of available pumps and spacious. I decided not to give 5 stars as I think your cashier should improve on their customer service. I dont expect like 5 star hotel service lah but at least serve with a heart and sincerity. Its my first time pumping there and your Filipino lady cashier like half heartedly answer my questions. I mean you not happy working there dont work there lah. Serangoon North outlet staff are much friendlier.
