All the way from planning of delivery time to careful wrapping of the furnitures, was all done very professionally!

β β β β β Lina, was God sent. She was professional with advise on choosing the right size container to maximize space. The packers did a good job with packing all the items for shipment.
Hwee San kept us updated all through the container's journey.
The partner company was prompt and efficient in delivering our shipment to our residence. I highly recommend Smart Relocators.

From the consultant to the coordinator to the packers and movers, the experience was only positive, making relocation so much more manageable and less stressful. The items were beautifully packed too! I definitely recommend Smart Relocators, even to someone quite clueless about relocation like myself.

β β β β β Among a few quotations I received, the one from Smart Relocator had the lowest minimum volume, which suited my purpose as I only had a few boxes and two paintings to be shipped by sea. The moving coordinator, Hwee San, is friendly and responsive in answering a few questions I had. The packing crew handled my items with care. They are very experienced in packing, distributing weight and estimating the overall volume. Smart Relocator's partner in the destination country (Schmidt-Global in the Netherlands) is also efficient. Throughout the process, the instructions for paperwork were clear and easy to follow. All my boxes arrived within 3 months and all the items are intact. Overall, I am very happy with their services. Thank you!

β β β β β Had a really great experience for my relocation with these guys. My coordinator Hwee San was very responsive and really appreciate her help despite having made a few changes in dates.
The team on site was very efficient in shifting and unpacking all the boxes into the right places. It was raining heavily that day but they made sure that everything remained dry which is not an easy feat.
Thank you for making my moving experience fuss free!
