From the point of sales to the after sales service, their staff has been always helpful and responsive. Anytime we need clarification and assistance, it is always handled consistently prompt, accurate and professionally.
Need to mention in particular the CSO assigned has delivered recommendable services during the interim and data migration period.

The support team is also efficient, especially Mr Amandeep Singh Khalsa.
He is very patient and responsive. He will ensure that he resolves any issue(s) that I have reported within the same day.
If he can’t do it within the day, he will always update me, and follow up within the next working day.

When ever we need help they have great customer service who are having good knowledge of payroll. Unlike companies that use call centers, SMEPAYROLL have people that feel that they are there for me when I have a difficult problem to resolve. The sales team and the training team also very helpful and knowledgeable as well. The payroll can be customize as our requirement with in our budget. So I think the money that we spend on SMEPayroll is reasonable and worth. Cheers for SMEPAYROLL !!!
