Although One zipped bag malfunctioned, I still frequent this particular branch because the Sales Staff are extremely helpful and well behaved,reflecting professionalism.Unlike Vivo Smiggle where Sales Staff used profanity like 'Sial' and talked quite loudly when I visited in the evening on 2nd February.City Square Sales Staff should be commended for taking the extra mile in assisting buyers.I was drenched and wet,wearing safety boots and still they kindly served me.Last year,a young hijab wearing girl even convinced me to purchase an alphabet key chain,searching for the alphabet A in the store.Thank you Smiggle City Square,all of the staff deserves to be applauded and yes I will visit again.

Went there few days ago and the staff ther were kind of rude. Boy wanted to throw rubbish there ( just some paper) didn't allow. Told him rudely to throw outside and kept frowning.
