Smigy Playground - 1 Thomson Rd

Went to the united square branch. Ridiculously inflexible. Staff is unfriendly and robotic. We offered to top up the difference between the original price and the package price but they just dont allow us to utilise 1time of the 2 hour session for two kids. For example, package price foe 2 hours per session is $24 or $12 an hour. Ala carte is $19 an hour. We offered to top up $14 for the difference for the two kids (so $19 per hour per kid) so that we can quickly use up the package. We couldnt play for 2 hours. The staff refused and kept giving the standard reply without even checking and repeated that she is only a staff there. when asked her to check with her manager, she said there was no one else there. When requested that she call and check with the management, another lady in blue appears and repeated the std reply, and asked, "so you want to play or not?" Very unprofessional and unfriendly. Totally Not recommended. We not taking advantage of the package price. We offered to top up the difference and just coudlnt understand why tyey need to be so rigid. We left without playing totally spoil our mood. If can refund, i would ask for refuns for the whole unused package.

I bring the kids come all the way here for the tube slide not open. Disappointing.

This playground is disappointing. With the space ball picker spoil, tub slide under maintanence, some of the toy cars cannot move, whats there fun to play? Dont expect me to visit again twice

Lots of fun for the kids ! I don't know why I see sad reviews because of one slide closed out of a ton of sections, strange. Anyway We loved it :)
