The first time I rent Socar is nearby KLCC. The car door at passenger seat is full with ants. Socar has no solution and no car changing for that.
Last week is my second time rent car with Socar. I rented a car a KLIA. The car is very bad in condition. It is very dirty, sticky, smelly, dusty and full with water bottles. The reserved parking space is not enough for their cars. They have 5nos of car in KLIA but the parking space is only 3. They will penalty you if you return your car at wrong parking space. in fact, their parking space is not enough for all their cars.
complaint email sent but no reply from Socar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor car condition. I rented a car from KLIA and the car is very dirty, dusting, smelly and full with water bottle. There is no one to take care the car after other customer return it.
Besides, Socar reserved parking space is not enough in the Rent Car parking area. Socar has 5 cars in KLIA but their reserved parking space is only have 3 lots. Others parking space is reserved by other company and you are not allow to park. Socar customer service will advise you to go out from the Rent Car parking area and park at other parking block. Therefore, advised that you to return your car earlier if not you will miss your flight due to in and out at the parking area.
In addition, Socar will penalty you without your permission for parking at the wrong space. in fact, Socar has not enough parking space for their cars in KLIA.
