β β β β β If I could rate zero(0) I will do that.. they say if you are low income you are eligible to apply for financial assistance.. But still no matter how many times I go my application got reject.. I think I should change my race in order to get help in singapore as long as you are a Indian or Chinese you can never get help from them..
