★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally received a defective Sodastream OneTouch. I called the support team and over a video chat they confirmed the unit was not working correctly. They arranged for a swap-out that arrived the next day and the new unit works perfectly. I really appreciate the responsive support and quick resolution to the issue.

They offer trade-in and a wide range of Sodastream!
You should definitely get one if you want to save Earth of carbonated cans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful conversation that I had with Wen Xi! I learned so much about the proper use of the machine (never add the sugared solutions when you are fizzing the water, as it will damage the machine), and looking out for the safety aspects of the canister.
She was so helpful and humble, and instead of taking the compliments for herself, she directed me to Google review so that the company benefits instead. Wow, what a great staff ?
Also thanks to Betty for facilitating the appointment.

I traded in my manual model with the one touch and now I'm so happy with it.
Little effort, nice bubbly drink at the end.
I have actually begun drinking less fizzy sweetened drinks like coke and rootbeer and more sparkling water.
A definite must buy.

We found out the we should not buy 3rd party CO2 bottles online!! It damages the soda stream machine!! Don’t get conned everyone.
