★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seldom give reviews but bad bad experience. I ask for a different doc but was booked with Dr Lee. Waste my time and the Recep wasn’t apologetic and insisted I say didn’t say properly. I don’t even know who is this Dr Lee! And she insisted she sent me an sms for the appointment but I didn’t reply. Of course I didn’t reply the sms wasn’t even addressed to my name in the first place woman!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lee seems OK during the consultation but the nurses doing the surgery arrangements don't know what they are doing. Very unprofessional. Didn't confirm procedure with me till I asked, forgot to send me estimated bill till I chased for it, sent me standard template which is ridiculously high without explanation together with another patient's agreement of hospital charges. And they didn't even bother to call me back to clarify, I had to call them twice before speaking to the person who send the estimated charges but cannot clearly explain it. Decided to cancel the procedure as they obviously have no interest in the patient's welfare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not usually writing a review upfront based on short phone call, but this is the worst reception I received from a clinic. I was calling making an inquiry of a service, the lady picking up the call immediately cut me off saying Dr Lee is on leave, without giving explanation, impatience and a bit harsh. I don't bother to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Lee Keen Whye’s clinic. From the front desk, to Nurse Iris and Dr. Lee. Each of them were very friendly and they made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could.
Dr. Lee was caring and concerned while maintaining professional and efficient standards of service. He was very thorough while explaining the procedures to me. They also checked up on me regularly while I was in the hospital.
I’m just glad that Dr. Lee and Nurse Iris are in this field to care for us when we need them! Thank you for taking great care of me! :)

Dr Lee is supported by an equally accomplished and efficient team of Nurses and Medical Staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and valued during your treatment period...special mention to Iris, Serene and Henny for their exceptional service!
I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Lee and his Team to any woman seeking quality services in a welcoming environment here in Singapore.
